The range of the chae-kal is quite wide, so I think even using it once will result in a large amount being processed well.

This is for peeling vegetables. Not for cabbage, it feels hard; it cuts well, but for potatoes or carrots it's perfect.
Highly recommended for julienned cabbage.
This is my second purchase. I bought a new slicer because the cabbage leaves on my old one were getting thicker.
I like the color of the old one because it's closer to the color of the cabbage. I replaced it with the blade of the new slicer and continued using the old body.
I took good care of the blade, sharpening it with sandpaper. But it's completely different compared to the new blade.
I want to keep using this slicer for a long time, so i'd also like to get replacement blades (refills) without the body. It's environmentally friendly.
